Description

Another character created in a fit of inspiration. I actually came up with Looie during an ad-lib voice-acting session with my brother (which is a thing that we do all the time).

Obviously he's inspired by Bonkers, but I was actually mostly thinking more of Yoink! of the Yukon (from Cartoon Network's What a Cartoon! Show) when I first started drawing him.
