The Pool of Solstice Wishes

Concept art for Jack Thunder n' Friends.

In the far north reaches of the faerie world known as Altairus, there rests a spring in the midst of a snowy mountain forest. Near this spring rests a boulder containing a massive gemstone. This is no ordinary gemstone; it carries the power to grant wishes. Most times of the year, the stone requires offerings to grant wishes, and it is only capable of granting some wishes. On the night of the winter solstice, however, the stone gains enough magical power to grant exactly one rule-free wish. It will grant this wish to the first person who wishes upon it... regardless of whether that person is ready for the consequences of that wish being granted or not.
