An unexpected visit inconveniences everybody.

The people, because something crustaceous has just gnawed a massive hole in their engine room.

Faraday, because it'll naturally be seen as his fault, as the new arrival.. despite risking his life to remove the visitor. (In some complex, minor way, it *might* actually be his fault.)

And the crab, because it's getting smoked.

Well- not everybody. The kids seem to be enjoying a brief adventure where they can feel useful without the threat of facing the full wrath of their parents afterwards. That will fall on the mannequin-man.
