Mermaid Dreams

So I made this picture last year   about how I was able to find an odd peace when swimming. So with all of the terrible stuff that has so far happened in this year. I was so upset that our pool was closed. Well it recently opened up again. So i've been going for swims always every day and its given me a new meditation and peace in my stressful world. 

So as a warm up I doodled myself as a fat goth mermaid drifting off to sleep. nothing that deep about it. But it was nice being able to find enjoyment in drawing "myself" I never used to. Which is why I hardly ever did.
