Description
My cosplay of Peter Pan from the 2003 Peter Pan movie.
This is one of my dream cosplays. Simple, but I remember wanting to make this costume while reading my mom's edition of Peter Pan. This must have been an older edition, though I can't recall the illustrator. All I know is that Peter was dressed in leaves and his hair was black, curly and wild. I liked this version of Peter Pan far better than the Disney version (a version that I still like, just not as much). Did I mention that I was a Peter Pan fanatic when i was younger? To this day it's still one of my all-time favourite stories (and Peter Pan is one of my all time favourite characters).
When I saw the 2003 version of Peter Pan I recognized Peter's look as being similar to the book I read when I was younger. I loved the way they told Peter Pan in that movie, the visuals in particular are the best take on J.M. Barrie's story in my opinion.
Costume made by me, fake leaves and pan flute bought locally.

**CRAP I put the vine rope over the wrong shoulder, I knew that something felt off D: oh well, just an excuse to wear this costume again
