I never make critiques....never ever ever ever. but, once in a while, you find works which just seem to cause your eyes to blurry due to the hours you spend watching.
I just have to say, until now...this is the best Hatsune Miku cosplay i've ever seen. Why am i making a critique then?
I'm trying to find at least one slight mistake on the shot, as well on the series, but haven't been successful, and to be honest, i believe i won't be finding any mistakes here.
The setting and lighting its just perfect with the person, and the game with the red ribbons as well as strings is simply original. The environment itself just gives a play between a melancholic joy and beauty, something that may show many of Hatsune Miku's aspects.
Apart from having an infamously close to perfect cosplay for Miku, the model is perfectly suitable for it: not to childish, not that adult, and attractive enough.
I've seen hundreds of Miku cosplays....but this one rocks. For the first time, I've seen the real Hatsune Miku being photographed.
There could be more things of you wanted, like the posters i've seen where Miku has the loudspeaker, but a lot of sound hardware at the back, as well as come airplanes (but you're not getting real airplanes, aren't you.......or could you? <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Wink)"/>). This could be my only suggestion: use some huge black soundspeakers covered with weed, leaves and things from this environment, so they make another play with the loud speaker that Miku's holding. That's all, remember "Less is More"
From other kinds of photomanipulations i've seen, this one has a particular effect on my attention. The way in which you manage the dress for it to become fire-like is awesome, really really good and eye catchy. The picture's illumitation is also very good.
However, i find a slight problem when seeing the flames in her hands: the flames development is well achieved, but the colors are way too saturated in comparison with the rest of the picture, as well as the bright reflexion on her arms. But as i said, its just a slight problem you can correct by decreasing saturation just a bit on that area, so the image remains balanced. Illumination's great, picture's great, just correct that and it should be fine.
