kitwick is an eccentric individual that's often wrapped up in his own little world. although he spends most of his time cooped up inside in isolation, he occasionally comes out for supply runs and will stop to chat with others, highly enjoying listening to other villagers' stories that they may have to share since he doesn't have many of his own. when he does have a story to tell it's often so embellished that it's clear it isn't true.

he's obsessed with pill bugs and other isopods, and has a special room in his house for his isopod terrariums. his 'isopod' room.

before moving to lilypad, kitwick was a resident of a faraway town called nocturne, but he refuses to speak freely about his time there. instead he prefers to launch into talking about his hobbies (pill bug collecting) or tell one of his silly stories until he can slip out of the conversation safely.
