Somehow I supposed to draw Garchomp with Dragon Claw, but I ended up with almost Outrage  
Done for Game-Art-HQ's The Pokemon Gen IV Tribute.

This the transparent version (and the alpha channel is part of the artwork here), but I have the artwork with a background as well: Bg (1) . The Garchomp has also a no-flaring version, but that's too many links for now.
