With the news of Eclipse being force enabled at the end of May I suppose it's time to write one of these again, but first things first: Thank you all for the Birthday wishes! So about Eclipse: I will admit that I did not use it aside from a quick glance but I have no intention to relearn the entire workflow of this place, instead I used the news as motivation to finally set up my own gallery on a domain I had saved for that purpose for years now: => pengwing-photography.de  | (RSS) Additionally I set up an account on Pixelfed, which could be described as federated Instagram, able to connect to Mastodon, Pleroma, Friendica and other fed

I only finally got the time to check this mess today for the first time since they flicked the switch and this is even worse than I thought it would be Managing Watch Notifications is such a pain I am honestly considering just logging out and not coming back How can you fail to implement such basic things as multiple selections with shortcuts? No, you have to have to hit the tiny checkbox on /every/ submission separately, the only way to remove multiple is selecting the entire stack for someone in the overview page but then again you have to hit that checkbox for everyone individually and it obviously only works if there are actually multiple submissions by someone...

Hi! Thanks for the 3D Llama Badge

 thank you very much for the :+fav: :happybounce: .

merci pour les favs :)

Hello and thanks so much for adding "Porte de l'horloge" to your favourites. It is much appreciated. :thanks: Still struggling with Eclipse it is taking me at least 4 times longer to do everything. :angered:If you have finally decided to leave dA I don't blame you!! All the best in the new venture.

You're welcome, I still check notifications and submissions from time to time, just a lot less often

Same here: I had a few months away and when I returned found Eclipse was about to arrive. Since it has been the only option I have been less inclined to visit: it is so time consuming compared to the old version. Takes me at least 4 times as long to do everything. :angered:

Sorry, just realise I have repeated myself! Shows the level of my frustration with this dreadful site.
