I've got a step by step here Darth Vader step by step but for some reason I can't seem to submit it to the right folder. It's not listed with the other folders in the submission form. Any idea why? Thanks

Took a look at the members permission settings. Folder was set to not allow members for some reason. I fixed it now and it should work

I need help. I tried asking help from other digital artists and I get ignored by most artists that are out there. I thought that this group can be helpful enough to get me started on what I need to do. Can anyone teach me what should I do on what art program I'm wanting to use.
