What do you use for your gifs?

I use After Effects to quickly grab the frames I want and edit the motion if needed (zooming, panning, and so on). Then I import it into Photoshop. Usually, Photoshop does the job fine on its own, but After Effects makes working with animation easier.

Lots of online GIF makers out there, though I've never used them. Based on a quick search, makeagif.com looks alright. You could try combining that with gifcreator.me to resize the GIF and adjust the speed. If you're just looking for something that's free, you can try using GIMP, which is kind of like a free version of Photoshop.
