I think Moomintroll has Autism, because sometimes he's in his own world. And in episode 17, Moominmamma left small pieces of paper around the kitchen that Moomintroll could find food when she and Moominpappa were on adventure.

more proof? not that im doubting you, i would like to further our case.
Firstly, it's prove, not proof. Secondly, this is headcanon, not official thing (if you bothered to read the title). Moomin characters aren canonly nothing, because their meaning is that the reader can indentify with them, no matter is he/she white, black, straight, gay, abled, disabled etc. etc.
