It's been a little while since I felt cause to write another artist journal, but recent events inspired me to make one about the nonsense that artist worry about and my concerns over their inability to think for them self.
it's making them feel like their skill or achievements are inadequate by comparing themselves with others and occasionally, with false information. Inform yourself and do some research and make the worries stop! Allowing yourself to focus on training your skills and become a better artist.
It all started with a little joke on a Facebook group called: Level up! A place where many artists post their work in request for feed
I want to talk about some simple things that even professional photomanipulators don't give enough attention sometimes.
It's the reason why our work can be perceived as wrong a bit , especially by traditional artists. People who are not artists usually say “something's wrong”
Our theme for today is colour of light and shadow.
I want to point out – there are many colour schemes and rules for that (it would be better to write an individual tutorial on that),
some are better for realistic works, some for surrealism, some for abstraction etc. It depends on your idea.
So I woke up this morning and checked my social medias. I was browsing deviant, and then I figured this little dragon ball next to my username... What a surprise! I was all like "OMG OMG OMG!".
Whoever you are, thank you! <3 You made my day a little ...
I've never been much of a compulsive member of this site.
But I'll show you a little more love from now on.
I'm uploading some sketches, black and white mostly. But I'm illustrating nowadays to be professional in it. Any good critizing will be taken into consideration. I'm here to improve and share the results with you guys.
It means the world to me.
Thanks for the support. :)
