Hi, I am Vitreous. I am a reviewer on Youtube for My Little Pony and I have been trying to do more Fan stuff lately And am doing a Fan Art Spotlight Episode for Colgate/Minuette soon. Maybe it's to remind ponies to take their time when they brush their teeth. Most ponies (and people) don't spend enough time brushing, which leads to not getting teeth really clean and in turn causes things like cavities. That's how I always saw it at least.

nice:heart:but still,  it should have been a brush or sth, this like Rarity's cutie mark, we may mistake her talent for her skill of loving making dresses as sew but the cutie mark just shows us right the way her true talent is to find and work with gems. Which turn around to this pony and it just really odd how her cutie mark that way:P

I mean she have an hour glass as cutiemark, but she is a dentist , so i just thought that she may use her time ability to freeze the people that they don't have any pain while she pull out a teeth like with this dragon ^^

I believe it's because dentists give kids an hour glass and tell them to brush on each side of the mouth until the sand finishes draining. At least, they did when I was young.

I think it's because time is money and dentists earn a lot of money.
