I've been watching so many Fred Astaire tap-dancing videos on youtube lately. I can't help it; I love watching those kinds of dances.

Basic explanation: I had been looking at tap-dancing videos and came across Fred Astaire. I thought he looked a bit like Frank Gorshin, who played the Riddler in the 1960s Batman show with Adam West. With the Riddler in my head, I started watching Fred Astaire tap dance to "Puttin' on the Ritz." Drawing the Riddler tap-dancing was inevitable.

I always felt like Riddler could tap dance, he's got the suit and the baton skills, and to me it just seemed appropriate
