Weapon of choice by Trujin Weapon of choice by Trujin
I didn't want to upload dozens of submissions so I was looking for a general theme. Here I tried to make a collage of some of the weapons avaible in the game, the weapons of choice.

how did you weather the costume? also what do you use to make the hood more shaped? and how did you make the boots/leggings?

Pardon me for copying this from an other send message:

Leggings:

I've made three versions of the leg covers before I was satisfied with the result. It would be wise to get some cheap thick fabric (old clothes, flax bag, etc) and try to make some try-outs before going for the real thing.

You could also get some cheap pants, draw the pieces on those pants and cut and use those pants as templates.

Hoodshape:

I use an iron wire in the lining of the hood to make it keep it's shape. I'm still experimenting with other methods though, I'm still not satisfied with how it moves while wearing the suit.

Weathering:

I did this costume by dry brushing. Painting it black and brown with "the" drybrush technique and merged the colours with the white fabric again by drybrushing it with white afterwards. This last step is pretty crucial to not make it look painted on. My Arno costumes are mostly spraypainted with white and black though. You might want to concider using a combination of the two techniques (it's what I do at the moment).

You could get some great tips and inspiration here:

No problem :) !
I have a few questions , if you want to answer it  : Which materials did you use for the coat ? And for the assassin insignia on the belt ?
Thank you for your time !

The coat is made from scrap material, you want to use a rough textured fabric for this. Look for curtain or furniture fabrics. The insignia is made of multi density fiber wood. Hope that helps :).

Yeees, about the weathering again :D ... Did you use acrylic paints for that? If yes, which ones?
I'm new to costume making as so as the weathering & I'd love to receive some tips from you c:
I'm also trying to make my own Connor costume c:

A nice! Good luck on that, it's a challanging project, but you will ace it!

About the acrylics, I just use cheap ass ones, nothing special.

However, colours: brown, black, white (and gray) and merge them with the fabric by using a paint in the colour of the fabric.

Preferably you choose a mat paint instead of a glossy one =).
