Description
"Völker Europas, wahrt eure heiligsten güter"
"Peoples of Europe, guard your dearest goods."
Völker Europas was a painting by Hermann Knackfuss, commissioned by Kaiser Wilhelm II during the Boxer Rebellion where troops from all over Europe were sent to China to combat an anti western and anti christian insurrection.
Wilhelm believed the "yellow peril" (die Gelbe Gefahr) was the greatest threat Europe had ever faced, urging the Russian tsar Nicholas II to take and colonise Korea during the Russo Japanese war.
The original painting can be found here:

From left to right we have Hispania (Spain), Britannia (UK), Italia Turrita (Italy), Austria (Austria), Matushka Rossiya (Russia), Germania (Germany) and Marianne (France), the angel is the Archangel Michael.
