The Incumbent

Florence Jaso has been representing District 4 on the Yotakra City Council since 1928. She has always run on a platform of posing as a friend to all species, but no one really believes her and she only wins because the other candidates are consistently either hopelessly incompetent or hardcore extremists. Even then, she only gets re-elected by razor-thin margins by virtue of being “not the worst choice.”
