Finally!! "Enigmas" is out and running. It's been a long time since I finished this book but I wasn't able to find a home for it. It's been published, at last by Thule, in Spain. It's a book about twelve fairy tales, with a question for each one of them and one image. All oils. I really, really wanted to show you some illustrations of this book but I knew I shouldn't as long it wasn't published. Now it is, so here we go.

Little Red is already out and running. This is the second picture book of my own, done both as author and illustrator. It barely has text, just a title for each of the three sequences- It's about Little Red Riding Hood, of course. Some years ago I illustrated the Grimm's text and I felt in love with Little Red. It's funny. It was not, by all means, my favourite tale when I was a child but now I can not stop thinking of stories and images about Little Red. Today I've changed my user name to my real name, Beatriz Martin Vidal. The reason matchs exactly with the motive for Deviantart to add this option. I created this account seven years ago, when I was still at art school, thanks to a friend, HenarTorinos (formerly Liester) who was a fellow student and who has kept active her account too all these years.
