Twitch Glitch is a overlord level mercenary and member of the Abandoned, he is super intelligent, has a cryptic personality who not afraid to examine his victims from their tissue, down to the bone. He is not only skilled in many forms of weaponry, but also highly skilled in Technomancy. He is working on a secret project called Operation Angels Fathom. All his weapons he make for the right price can harm demons and angels alike. Make sure you do not wind up as his latest experiment, and don't give them IOUs. He will get paid, with money or your mortality.
