The Flying Guillotines

I can't draw it so I borrow a pic from the movie The Flying Guillotines to explain. My oc Fu-Sho Seuong carry a weapon called the flying guillotine, it is designed to land on your head with blades dropping to your neck area, and surgically decapitate the target. The blades on the outside is used for slicing flesh in offense and defence so no one can grab it. It was used as an assassin's weapon during the Qing Dynasty. For more information link below^^
