Sovack recruits villains

A couple of months later, Sovack and the Devil Lords decide to enter Tartarus, and bust out a few villains they deem worthy for their cause. In return to their loyalty, the Devil Lords will promise them anything they wish, and with the Magic power of the Bicorns at their side, the villains will be more powerful than ever. First one Sovack bust out of the cell, is  Vineficent toxic weed. One of the first many villains to be broken out, with many more villains to come.
