6Pac was a 90s gangster and hip hop artist back when he was alive, but gunned down by a rival gang in the late 90s. He rose his rank up in Hell and not only became an overlord, but a known hiphop artist in Hell, his chains have the power to change size, and constrict antyhing, or anyone that leaves them paralyzed, even angels cannot escape those chains, he was recruited to join the Abandoned for reasons only to 6pac and their leader.
