Khairo brought the herd to the foot of a colossal evergreen tree in the depths of winter.  Though it was frigidly cold, all of them praised any gods or spirits who might be listening that this winter was not so brutal as the last, and that this time their ruby-coated leader had the power of fire by which to warm them.  The foals scampered around, admiring the massive greenery, when Khairo suddenly called the whole herd to see a large pinecone laying in the snow.  With a single breath, he ignited the seedpod, and the herd settled in to warm themselves around the cheery blaze among the roots of the ForEver Green Tree.

Khairo is wishing for an Enchanted Script, but if that's too much I'd also take an encounter with stallion A143 or A114 - Khairo needs more adult bros in his herd. xD

As night falls around the snowy tree you can't help feeling a little extra warm. Perhaps it's your awakened magic throwing its head but your added warmth melts a large patch of snow overnight! When morning dawns you find yourself in a damp puddle but more importantly there is a strange item beside you! Its some sort of...roll? You recall some old unicorn once referring to such things as scrolls? Huh...weird.
