Looks like the little fella has been through a lot. He's skinny and dirty, trapped in a rather large bramble bush that it looks like he tried to jump over and failed to clear.  As you approach he squeals and attempts to run but only succeeds in wiggling deeper into the bush as his legs kick out wildly.
