Like this one's sorta loaded and kinda of a gray area for the rape category in my opinion...Like if it's forcefed turned dub-con (dubious consent) and agreement is reached by both parties after, it's still a violation of rights...but since this is 'technically' a fetish and if a FA/FE/FR fetishist did the forced stuffing, I think it turns the whole ordeal sexually exploitive in my opinion and more into sexual assault...if a non fetishist or fetishist from another kink did it, I think it just falls under 'assault by burger' (sorry if the joke offended anyone, not my intent).

Sure, and that's hot as long as you don't do it in real life.

I mean, circumventing one's consent (the key word is unwilling) in virtually any way is a violation of that person's rights.

However, a lot of people will argue the definition of rape itself so I'd probably save myself trouble by not trying to put forth my opinion of the definition.

In summary my answer would be: force feeding someone unwillingly is still a violation regardless of semantics.

Depending on how not into it a person is, sounds like a good way to develop an eating disorder.

More importantly, what is the point of this question since we're talking about fictionnal characters ?

Like, in a hospital setting where the person is not eating but needs to to live is a medical procedure. Cramming food down a person's throat in a sexual context I'd say yes. But consent and context are really important, and with art a person can write the dialogue with to their needs. So, I dunno.

I think it depends solely on the person(s) eating the food. Some people get a huge kick out of it and would want that. Others.... meh, not so much...

Forcefeeding is considered torture, not rape.
That word is used far too much for things it does not apply to,
and this is a good example.

Attacking someone with a quiche is hardly forceful penetrative sex,
and if forcefeeding is going to be considered rape, eventually everything
done against someone's consent is going to be called rape.

If it's a sexual thing for you, yes, it's considered rape.
Otherwise it's just cruel & unusual punishment of sorts?

Considering the fetish behind it, it would be if you did it to someone who actually really doesn't want it outside of a fantasy setting with prior consent.  If there is no fetish or erotic sense behind it, then it's considered torture.

I try not to think too hard about my favourite fetish on the grounds that I already feel weird enough for having it.

Well, it's non-consensual and fetishistic, so no matter what it is, the very things that make it disturbing are also the things that make it erotic.

Well, if it's the same as the type of dialogue in a Hentai where the female lover goes "yamete" while having sex with their lover, then no, it isn't that. But if it's someone forcefeeding someone who actually doesn't want it as shown by them trying to seriously -not playfully- pull back said someones hands, then yes, it absolutely is that.
