Blackberries... seeing that some commented on eating them... I dislike, generally, eating the fruit. But Blackberry jelly is absolutely divine. Not jam. Jam is terrible, too seedy, usually. My kingdom for blackberry jelly! <3 Beautiful picture!!!

I like the jelly too, but I can usually get seedless Blackberry jam around here. Some of the Amish in this area sell it!KirbyHungry

I never liked eating blackberries, but that flower looks beautiful! Is it a wild bush?

I always loved blackberries but I shouldn't really eat them anymore. They are wild growing along the road behind my house...these are actually considered invasive plants. I just found out the Himalayan blackberries are edible and supposed to be sweeter than regular blackberries, so I'll have to sample a few when they ripen in the summer! ;)

Oh boy! Please do tell me how it goes! Maybe I'll give blackberries a second chance.

Thanks!...these are some of the first wildflowers to start showing up around here.

Lovely! You might try chopping the right side for a square crop. I think it could be more dramatic.

How's that?...I was never a fan of a square crop and I've tried to avoid them, but I'm open-minded. I'll give it a shot and see what others think! ;)

Since my medium format cameras are mostly square-shooters... :D
