I don't want to read a description, or how to use the script or anything. just give me an install button!

Demanding, aren't you. Oh well, you can install it here.

Alright, so what is this script...thing?

Super gruse is a userscript to allow better userpage customization and increased style options!

Oh, cool! How do you do a CSS style for your page?

You first need to have your style hosted somewhere. After that, add somewhere in your page
<abbr title="stylesheet:{the URL of your style}"></abbr>

it doesn't matter what block you put it in. It will be found :D

If you want to see an example of a stylesheet applied to a userpage, just look at my page (I'm using my deviantGlass userstyle as raw CSS)

Well, that wasn't that hard. What else can we do?

If you click the "edit page" button, you go into page moving mode. In this mode, clicking and dragging a box from your page makes it move (:noes:). This means you can drag it to another module and swap their locations. If the module can't go there, nothing will happen (sorry) but if it can, they swap!

When you're done press save and you'll go back to normal mode.

What if someone has used a stylesheet that I really don't like?

If you want to see their page without the style, press the toggle style button for everything to temporarily go back to normal. Click it again and the style comes back! (it also comes back if you refresh, or click a link, or anything else that makes the page reload)

Awesome. What do I need?
You need firefox with greasemonkey, or chrome with tampermonkey.

If you don't have tampermonkey you'll just have to keep going into edit mode every time you move a single module.

Yay. Can I give you lots of stuff?

Sure.

I can't find the install link! Where is it?

Re-read the description. It's right there.

I used this and tried that CSS code and I did a URL but it doesn't show up like it does on your page. Why?

can you show me exactly what you used, and where you put it in your profile?

I think I used this wallpaper to test it out: [link]

I put it at the very bottom of my custom box titled the "information box" (second down the right side of my page).

It has to be a link to a CSS stylesheet for it to work :)

yeah, github would work, just make sure you link to the raw file, and yes, it has to be public so people can actually load it.

Ah, sounds like that old userscript ~sumopiggy made, except for dA userpages. :D

Right, dAmnStyler! Man has it been a long time since I've used that or heard of anybody else doing so...

Something like that (with the added bonus of being able to move gruse modules without having to go to the "edit page" page.

Also, not many people use dAmn.styler anymore because it's broken, but a few people use the script "dAmn.restyler" (shameless self plug) :D
