So glad NECA is adding Roddy Piper as Nada to their "They Live" 8" line.

This was fully revealed at ToyFair 2020. I recommend ToyArk for amazing photo coverage of the show: news.toyark.com/

Awesome to hear it! I love that we got to sculpt Piper to kick the asses of the alien figures. :)

Hahhaah nice touch with the shades.  Wish they'd actually make sculpts such as these prototype mold/macquette pieces available for collectors, in addition to finished pieces.  I bet art collectors would love these.

I was thinking the same thing they look very detailed when there not painted some 3d digital models as well... It's just they grey seems to pop more...!!!~...

I feel like a lot more detail is visible when you're not focused on the colors and paint tends to hide the finer details!

That would be cool! I suppose the closest thing is model kits, where you can have a grey-scale sculpture.

True, though my faves are teh prototypes they always show off at Toy Fairs to vendors. The ones that never get mass produced since it would be a very 'collector's only' sort of venture.  THSOE would be so badass to have :)

Prototypes are pretty special, for sure. It's always fun to see a studio with those types of art works on display.
