The Witch of Sweets (line art)

Trick or Treat! Halloween Ichigo has returned once again to pass out candy, and indulge in her love of sweets, pumpkins, and make believe.

It's my first artwork of the year, so I thought I'd pick up where I left off, which was this sketch of Ichigo from last October. 

Fun fact: this is my first artwork done in Clip Studio Paint! All of my previous artwork was done in Adobe Photoshop Elements, which is a lightweight version of Photoshop that came with my Wacom tablet, and is admittedly more for photo editing than digital artwork. Early this year, I decided it was time to try something new, so I took the plunge and bought Clip Studio Paint. I knew there’d be a difference, but… WOW. The lines on this piece took a total of probably four hours, which might sound like a lot, but to compare, it’d take me a good two days, probably, to get my lines as clean as I liked them in Elements. The difference is astonishing, both in ease of use and also how much more confident I feel in drawing. I definitely look forward to doing more in CSP.
