There is one such association in every country. I've adhered to mine years ago and if this happened to me they would take all the legal stuff and costs and deal with this. Not always enough but at least there is more protection.

I really hate it when people do that, or worse delete the signature from a picture, that's theft. Even if it's a photo of the person who uses the image.

I see we need character dolls with hat pin kits so we can voodoo the idiots. It is a gorgeous image and you deserve to have the proper recognition.

Thanks for the feature use of my image, but it should be noted, that this was NOT stock, and was never meant to be used outside of DA. Please remove it from FB.

Nice shot! Where in Humboldt is this? I'm planning a trip up that way :)

Its along the Avenue of the Giants, and its unmistakable, its the only area with clovers. DO WATCH OUT though, the northern half is riddled with poison oak, the southern section (almost a half mile drive  [southward] from the northern grove parking space) is free of poison oak.

I'm glad you like it! I hope you enjoy your trip through the redwoods!

Yay! Thank you so much! :thanks:

My sweetie just bought me a new camera and so we're planning a trip. I suppose I should wait till next summer since winter is just around the corner. We'll see :)

Thanks for the tip about the poison oak. Don't want any that stuff :D

California ^_^

Its one of the three places in the world that has Redwood trees, but they are by far, the largest and tallest here in California - their breed being called "The Giants" heheh

This is an absolutely beautiful image. Would you ever provide licensing permission to use this image and if so what fee you would require. I am particularly thinking of a young adult book cover and possibly a College of the Redwoods catalog course cover. If you would let me know I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you.
