-“I reported your account by accident because someone is pretending to be you and they scammed me go message a random on discord pretending to be deviant art staff” first of all deviant art won’t take down your account if you’re not the one doing the malicious behavior and second it’s unprofessional and sketchy to redirect you to discord
-“hey your arts really good I can make them into nfts and sell them” nfts fell off ages ago grow up and let it go
-“ hey I saw this amazing art you made and I want to make it into a mural and I’ll pay you for it” first of all that’s so dumb why would this make sense, second of all I know my worth and my arts not THAT great brotato chip
Anyways if you’re seriously looking to commission or chat with me and be respectful of me I really don’t see an issue I don’t bite unless it’s this dumb stuff then I have fun messing with them, but other than that yeah I’m open to chat without the bs

beware of a user messaging you saying they saw someone impersonate you and thought you were that person and made a false report and that you have to immediately rectify it so your account doesn't get taken down and will send you a fake email screenshot sending you to a false discord account pretending to be a customer service worker for deviant art, him and his minion will get persistently up your butt about changing the email and letting them in any time they request to change your email regardless of the site is always a scam. He goes by the name Austin Buck
1. DA won't take your account down because of a false impersonation report
2. Actual DA staff has access to your account through mod privileges and see for themselves if the report is true. you don't need to change your email address
