That is why the PSD is downloadable. This isn't intended to be MS Paint friendly and so one. Plus the PSD works with /most/ programs.
i just have MS Paint on Windows 7 so, i asked. i downloaded the file but it said i didnt have the right program
Yeah you need Painttool Sai, Photoshop, or Gimp to use it.

i used to use it but i currently dominate my dad' laptop and i have to ask him if i can download any programs. whenever he' able to talk to i'll ask him if i don't forget

eh, maybe. sometimes i color linearts on MS anyway, though on GIMP i absolutely loved it
