The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

These are some of those stories. This is:

Poor Scourge he forgot his earlier life as Thundercracker.

Nice insight into the mind of a reformatted Decepticon. I like it.

I THINK YOU'RE MAKING A GOOD JOB WITH THIS PROYECT

lets all just admit that cylonus was made out of bombshell

nice job man, the dialog was just a tad off but overall a great mosiac. the art isn't too shabby either.

Good one! Though, I always figured Scourge was Skywarp, and CYCLONUS was Thundercracker. Scourge and Skywarp were both dumb thugs, while I like dthe ironic twist as the prospect of someone so unsure becoming Galvatron's most dogmatic follower.

Oh, my oh my. This kinda-of made me cry. But anything that can do that is good. :)

Everytime I see something like this, I die inside. The art's the only redeeming factor.
ninjha's avatar
Die inside? Why is that?

The idea of Scourge and Cyclonus having memories of being Thundercracker and Skywarp/Bombshell.

I think it's stupid. The characters are completely different, there's no canon evidence as to which one became who (Thundercracker into Scourge is merely fandom speculation, just because they share a colour, added to the whole Who became Cyclonus fiasco), and if they were merely new bodies under different names, not even that explains the vastly different personalities forced into them overriding the ones they had.
Seiberwing's avatar
Which is going to confuse you greatly, when you wake up in a new body with the memory of being someone else with a completely different personality. That's where the introspection comes in.
ninjha's avatar
Maybe their sparks had already died. The comics say that they were made from dead decepticons.
Seiberwing's avatar
Well, that's getting into sparks/lifeforce vs. programming and memory storage, and I think by that point we've gone philosophical.
Well, then put simply: Scourge is not Thundercracker; Cyclonus is neither Bombshell nor Skywarp. Cyclonus is Cyclonus, Scourge is Scourge.
Seiberwing's avatar
Mentally? Of course not. But if they still have the memories of their previous selves and remember what it was like to be that person, it leads to many personal and introspective questions.
ninjha's avatar
Problem is that animators just threw in random dead Decepticons to become Cyclonus and Scourge. Although Cylcnus does have some traces of Thundercracker, that being honour.
Who really knows.
Noizeblaze's avatar
I wouldn't call Thundercracker honourable... but then again, it's just as likely, what with that character receiving little to no development.

This will probably never end.
Seiberwing's avatar
Not bad. Would the 'he' at the end be referring to Cyclonus (in the panel) or Galvatron?

Also, I like that he's outright depressed about where his life's gone so abruptly. It would be interesting to see something similar post-Unicron and how he views himself then. He wouldn't be a slave any longer, but he'd be in a very different position.
timshinn73's avatar
He's referring to Galvatron. I see where there might be some confusion.

In the movie, Galvatron sat in Cyclonus' cockpit.
Seiberwing's avatar
Ah, okay. I didn't catch the in-comic transition from out of cockpit to into cockpit, so I wasn't sure if it was a reference to Skywarp or not.
timshinn73's avatar
The final panel probably would have worked better with Galvatron in the cockpit as the foreground element and Scourge in the background.

"I did grow an awesome fu-manchu tho. that's a bonus... I think."

X3 As a kid I was so confused by the changing.
