Deadline: Usually, I'll send you the final work (each character) within a week after the sketch is approved (3 times revisions in sketch stage and color changes in the final stage).

Character design: If you've already have idea how your charactrs look then you can write it down in detail or I recommend send me reference pictures or else I'll charge more $ depends on half or ful body and the complexity.
