Banshee

Hey-Howdy-Hey. Wreckers and Wreckettes! As many of you will (hopefully) recall, I made an OVERWATCH OC by the name of Vespertillio, but what's a hero without a villain? So now I unleash upon you another (again, horribly drawn) OVERWATCH OC, Banshee!

Background/Bio: No one's quite sure who, or WHAT, Banshee is, except for a bunch of rumors. Some believe Banshee was just some civilian guy, like a used-car salesman or something, who stumbled upon a bunch of old OVERWATCH tech and literally went nuts with it. Others say that Banshee is a jilted lover of some now nameless ex-Overwatch agent, using her former lover's tech to take all her anger and heartbreak out on the world. Still others say the Banshee's not even HUMAN to begin with, but is in actuality an omnic wearing old Overwatch armor and using a voice distorter to hide the fact it's a robot. But whatever the truth, one thing that IS known for certain is; wherever the Banshee cries, someone dies.

Ability 1: White Noise Syndrome: Sends out a jamming signal to disrupt enemy communication. 

Ability 2: Like a moth to a flame: Sends out a purple moth made of light to hit an enemy. Moth and beam act like a high powered laser.

Ability 3: Enshroud: Hides self using both sight and sound to sneak around undetected.

Ability 4: Styx and Stones: sends out small pulses of light and sound to hit an enemy.

Ultimate Ability: Screaming Skull: Combines light and sound into a large skull to launch at an enemy.

Extras: Basically designed to be Vespertillio's archnemesis in both motif and function. Where Vespertillio is based on a bat, Banshee is based on a moth (a Death's Head Hawk Moth, to be precise) and an owl. The black and purple coloration on his gloves is based on the coloration comic colorists typically use on supervillains, again highlighting his bad guy status. Interestingly enough, Talon aren't big fans of Banshee, considering it to be too unstable to be truly effective, but it DOES cause massive amounts of death and terror and is a good demoralizer. It also hates kids but seems to love both Presidents Day AND Valentine's Day.
