Okay since I've been hearing off of Discord about the drama and inconsiderate shit people have been doing towards Christopher in Twitter and other places, I should speak up about it. Remember that Christopher Awdry is a very old man. A respectable old man, but someone with a life outside of the fandom. That also goes for Richard Awdry and the publishers themselves. They may have the current hold of lore over the RWS and answers, but that doesn't mean you can be insufferable and uncaring about the answers they give and you receive. As others I've known have said (and I agree with them on this), it feels more like Christopher is only giving us answers from his head to shut up the fan base. After all, the latest lore dump (as well as the one from last year by Richard) does feel like they didn't have a clear idea on expanding certain things and only said it to give the fandom a semblance of knowing.
