The result of a day or two's hard work by students participating in the 'Never Forget' project. As you are obviously aware, today marks the fourth anniversary of the collapse of the WTC. The photo, while snapped two days ago, captures my own feelings better than the daylight ones I took this morning. I feel a little black inside to reflect on what the events of September 11, 2001 have unleashed in the United States. As much as we've claimed the moral high ground, we've killed more civilians (and of our own soldiers, respectively) then ever died on that tragic day. And where and when will it all end? I wouldn't have been half surprised if the words on that paper in the semi-circle read 'Never Forgive' and not 'Never Forget.' Endless vendetta seems to be a inescapable part of the human condition. And the sins of the father shall be visited on...

..but you didn't come here for the rant. You came for the pretty patriotic picture, right?
