1) You will need to create a journal that can be submitted.
2) You will need to be a member of the group
3) Once both have been completed, you can view your journal and there will be an icon that looks like 2 people towards the bottom. When clicked it will ask for a group to add them to. You might have to type in the search bar "TradingCenter" and it will show our icon. Then select the correct folder for your journal :)

It is already in the group. You can see it on the first page of the griffolk companion sell folder. Also if you check your post you can see on the right side which groups it is already added to.
