It was a quiet night in New Tokyo-3 and in the apartment of one Misato Katsuragi and her wards, plans were afoot. Asuka Langely Soryu was sorting through a small cardboard box of various items she'd gathered for the night. Clad in her classic yellow short-skirted dress, all she had to do at this point was wait for company to arrive. A knock on the door soon heralded her expected guest. Asuka opened the door to find her friend and classmate Hikari Horaki standing there, dressed in some more modest daily clothes. "Thanks for coming over, Hikari," said Asuka as she let her in. "No problem, but why did you ask me over so late?" asked Hikari. "You see, I've had a new plan to win over Kaji-" "Oh boy, this is going to be something crazy, isn't it?" Hikari could already feel this wouldn't end well. "It's...a little out there, but hear me out. So, you know I've been trying to get Kaji to see me for who I am, but that hasn't been working. So I'm thinkin' I need to take a different tack.
