I like the corrupt corporation/religion aspect of the Orzhov, but I focused mostly on the religious aspect. He may be under-costed, but I'm not sure he is. It's very hard to tell without a play-test.

If this card and other blackwhite creature get +1/+1 then you can just say "Black and white creatures you control get +1/+1 for each..."
