Scouric Surge-Class Battle-cruiser

The Scouric Surge-Class is the first Class of Battle-cruisers set to be designed and built by the Scouric Navy. Scouric Recon ships years ago reported a mysterious alien fleet supervising the colonization of a world. The massive Alien armada mostly consisted of large warships with massive shields dwarfing even the likes of a plantery shield generator. Dubbing them the Ognite, Scouric for 'The Titans', The Imperial Scouric Navy quickly funded the development and construction of three new designs for a new type of ship. The Revenant, Saskall and Surge class are advanced and gargantuan warships designed to protect Scouric worlds from Invaders. Boasting a newly introduced technology--, the Gamma Laser. Each Battle-cruiser is equipped with enough firepower to reduce any world to rubble in not day, but hours.

Due to the utter size of the warship, it also houses a large fleet of fighters and bombers. It also houses two re-configured Plantery shield generators to cover the massive size of the warship, and also uniquely built fire control systems, and sub-light engines.

With a joint contract, DAYAC Heavy Industries and SATALL Drive Yards have come together to design and manufacture purpose built weapon systems. However, due to the size they have also purpose built the sub-light engines needed to move a ship of such caliber, including the Engine needed to have this ship traverse the large distances of space with its FTL Engine.
