Description:
SCP-MATTHEW-2016 is the anomalously reconstituted form of Hurricane Matthew (2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season).
Originally a non-anomalous Category 5 Atlantic hurricane, Hurricane Matthew dissipated over the eastern United States on 10 October 2016. Atmospheric records indicate a complete structural collapse consistent with standard storm decay.
Approximately 4 minutes and 19 seconds after confirmed dissipation, meteorological satellites recorded a sudden reformation event over open Atlantic waters.
