so far I know, the scammer contact the victim through discord. there're few channels for art commission. and there's specific server that contain request from buyer, like other community group. like "Want to Buy" (WTB). so the scammer dm and want the victim pay without paypal. this's the important part.
the scammer didn't want to make payment via paypal, which we know we can dispute if there's something happened, we can get our money back. the scammer demand the victim pay their subscription for their premium discord nitro a full year.
this's far I know from the victim's story
