Flooded Backyard 1 by Toonime Flooded Backyard 1 by Toonime
This is what my yard looked about an hour ago. My area does not flood, and this only happened once before, only because the trench behind the wall there was cluttered with garbage and other debris. The water feeds in from an opening under the gate on the left, and since my house is on an angle, the water collects in a corner to the right.

you think thats alot of water, last spring we had major flooding, we have 15 acers long going down towards the rive and our river is shallow enough that you can take a conone across and touch bottom with a paddle nearly everywhere, but when it flooded we lanched the conone 200 ft from the bottom of the hill and not even half way down the field we couldn't touch bottom.

Dang, that is a lot O_O. I don't think it's a lot, but we don't want our stuff getting ruined.

i got water in the basement because the window wan't put in yet so water was all over we sucked it up with a shop vac and a broom. i live on a hill so the only reason we flooded was because there was no roof or windows on the addtion.
