These two have been a favorite of mine for a while.

Snomarch (Snow-March)
Snowball Pokemon
Evolves to Froscarf when leveling up and holding a scarf*

Its bucket-like helmet helps keep it cold, even in 100 degree weather. It can be seen marching along in groups, usually in a single file line. If threatend, they will attack all at once, freezing the opponent.

Froscarf (Frozen-Scarf)
Snowman Pokemon
Evolves from Snomarch when leveling up and holding a scarf*

It has somehow gained the ability to use its scarf as a pair of hands. It will stand perfectly still in the snow, and wait for people to pass by. It will then blow a cold air down the back of their necks, and quickly stand still if the person looks back.

*Depending on what Scarf you have it hold will depend on what color its scarf is. It will also make the scarfs specific moves increase by .5.
(Ex: Snomarch+Red Scarf= Froscarf w/ cool moves at 1.5 Atk strength)
Once the scarf is used in the evolve, it stays permanent and it cannot wear another scarf again. But, it can hold items again.

Yeah, I noticed that too. But, there are too many differences to say it copied off mine, even if the scarf design is very similar. Plus, if it is based off my idea, then I'm flattered.

Buckethead = WIN

And ohdeargod how adorably awesome is Froscarf? It feels so current, and the cartoony style as opposed ot anime overload helps it stand out.

Nice job! =3

Thanks. I've seen depections of snowman in anime, and I felt that it would look stupid if I drew it like that, so I put in my toon style into it a bit.

The more I look at it, reminds me of early Max Fleischer works.
