absolutely awesome!, the scariest thing is that there are more of them on Earth, one sleeping beneath mount Vesuvius, the great Sitkin volcano, possibly Erta Ale in Ethiopia and mount Cleveland in Alaska, now imagine Ghidorah waking up all of them..., goodbye humanity!.

i understand toonholt, the Monsterverse is still a scary place for humanity to be in anyway!, i imagine Tephradon's projectile attacks involve launching devastating beams of magma, glowing pyroclastic clouds, create lava storms, etc.

now i have some more suggestions for SCP Kaiju:

SCP-169, a ginormous arthropod leviathan that existed since the precambrian/ediacaran period, it's almost continent-sized, i can imagine it would look very weird.

SCP-2317, a primeval devourer of worlds whose true name is redacted intentionally, it's an obese monstrosity with overlapping plate-like scales, large horns resembling tree branches sprouting from it's head, SCP-2317's head has no lower jaw, it was imprisoned with seven chains, however the last one is slowly breaking apart, once it finally breaks the beast will devastate the planet.

SCP-3000, Anantashesha, a titanic snake-like eel that can warp memories if you gaze into it's monstrous visage, it may be an avatar of the god of the same name or maybe not, it's ambiguous.

SCP-3700-1 and SCP-3700-2, based on Orcadian folklore, the first creature is the Sea Mither... a gigantic arthropod with four compound eyestalks, markings at the top that form a facsimile of a woman's face, six prehensile limbs (four which end in claws, while the remainin two end in club-like appendages) attached to an elongated crescent shaped segment of its abdomen on the anterior end, with eight legs attached to a cylindrical segment stretching roughly four kilometers in length, the Sea Mither can launch devastating cavitation bubbles from it's clubs, launch gamma radiation beams from it's eyes, form aberrant weather phenomena, etc.

the second creature is Teran, a monstrous black gulper eel, it has 13 tentacle-like appendages encircling the middle section of it's body, it has a single cyclopean eye, plus it has a whip-like tail and bioluminescent markings that form a facsimile of a man's face, Teran can form hurricanes and generate whirlpools with it's tail, and it can launch high-energy soundwaves and streams of bioluminescent blue flames.
