Lampent

I love ghost type Pokemon
Dunno why, but I had the urge to draw a lampent in the middle of my writing spree

I was trying to do something at some point with the tools on a noise setting, but once I gave up on that little experiment.. I forgot to take them off that setting
So I ended up softening the shading up with a noise-set blur
Which I somehow like??

I was also going to add some form of a background, but that felt like a bit much.. so I left it.
