Those of us who were born in the '80s and grew up in the '90s probably know a li'l something about Don Bluth. As kids we knew them as those weird, dark, animated movies (and a few video games) ...that might've scarred us in some ways. :D ...And made us wonder at the magic... ...And those Don Bluth sparkles *.* ...to die for. I go back and revisit these movies every few years. Yes, some of them are more successful than others (see companies that completely butchered his ideas lol) ...but, man they are all memorable in their own ways. I fully recommend watching them with the creator commentary on! Don Bluth is very entertaining, and he even describes some of his technical processes, and sometimes even critiques himself on what he could've done better. :heart:
