Description

The final commission I did for @NRGComics in the Snakeman villains project. This is two major members of the Tarantula Tribe, the Shadow Shaman and the Birdeater spider creature bodyguard/warrior thing. I really enjoyed designing the accoutrements of the shaman and the Birdeater guy is a creepy favorite. I made the pectoral and the top abdominal muscles look the the cephalothorax plate on the underside of a tarantula/Goliath/birdeater spider. He only has six limbs though... Eight is really awkward to cram onto the torso :-)
